I was the Event Coordinator at Flashmat. Flashmat is an experiential and digital marketing agency, who offer unique photo experiences and photo booths for brand campaigns and special events.

Clash De Cartier

For a month Cartier took over the Corner Shop at Selfridges on Oxford Street. The immersive space featured three different areas – the Upside Down photo booth, the Clash bar, and The Duality Room.

Flashmat provided the photo booth as part of this experience, which came with many challenges as it needed to be built into the set. Due to the location we couldn’t test on site until the day before the event went live.

I handled the operations for Flashmat on this project including staffing and logistics throughout the month.

D&AD Festival 2019

D&AD a globally renowned non-profit advertising and design association, asked Flashmat to create an interactive and creative experience at the D&AD Festival.

The three-day festival hosted around 4,000 creatives from across the industry, who came together to connect, learn and stimulate new thinking for the year ahead.

I was responsible for logistics concerning the setup of the event, managing our booth on the day and collecting content from the event for our social media accounts.

Flashmat shared the prize for ‘Event Technology of the Year’ at The Drum Experience Awards 2019 with its Doodle Sketch Book project for D&AD.
